Curiosity is an innate drive especially among young children to know something. If it is encouraged throughout childhood into adulthood, it can be a strong motivational force for novel knowledge, discovery and innovation.
After being one of the panellists at Jardines LEARN FEST 22 and meeting like-minded people in a virtual discussion, Dr. Angie wants to remind parents the importance of cultivating curiosity. The topic of the panel discussion was: We killed the curious, creative child in us… Let’s bring them back.
