Terms and Conditions:
1. $100 off for the 2nd program/workshop enrolled from the same student in the same month does not apply to this workshop. The workshop cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers and coupons.
2. Participants will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and confirmed with payment in full. 
3. Each class of the workshops will be opened with a minimum of 4 students.
4. There is NO make-up class for workshops.
5. The outdoor workshop will be canceled if the weather condition is unstable (including Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted). We will confirm 2 hours before the workshop is hoisted.
6. The canceled workshop is due to unstable weather; it will not be rescheduled or refunded. A courtesy coupon for enrollment in a seasonal workshop will be issued. 
7. Program content may be subject to minor variations without further notice.
8. The fee includes all workshop materials.
9. No refund or transfer of fees after the registration is made.
10. We reserve the right to use photographs and videos taken by our Studio for teachers’ training, academic research, and promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please let us know at the point of enrollment and email us at marketing@creativekids.com.hk.
11. For cheques, please write the student’s name on the back, and make payable to:
    “CREATIVEKIDS” (for Headquarters enrollment)
    “CREATIVEKIDS MUSEUM STUDIO” (for Taikoo Shing enrollment)
    “CREATIVEKIDS KOWLOON” (for Kowloon City enrollment)
12. Student artwork not collected within two months from the date of completion will be discarded.
13. We collect, store, and use your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong. We will deliver promotional information to you through various communication channels. Should you prefer not to receive such information, please send your request by email to marketing@creativekids.com.hk.
14. CreativeKids reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
