Terms and Conditions:
1. The early bird or special offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers and coupons.
2. Applicants will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and confirmed with payment in full.
3. Each class of the workshops will be opened with a minimum of 4 students.
4. There is NO make-up class for workshops.
5. Classes will be cancelled once Typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted. Classes cancelled due to these reasons will not be re-scheduled or refunded. A courtesy coupon for enrolment in a seasonal workshop will be issued. 
6. Program content may be subject to minor variations without further notice.
7. Fee includes all program materials.
8. No refund or transfer of fees after the registration is made.
9. We reserve the right to use photographs and videos taken by our Studio for teachers’ training, academic research, and promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please let us know at the point of enrolment, or email us at marketing@creativekids.com.hk.
10. For cheques, please write the student’s name on the back, and make payable to:
    “CREATIVEKIDS” (for Headquarters enrollment)
    “CREATIVEKIDS MUSEUM STUDIO” (for Taikoo Shing enrollment)
    “CREATIVEKIDS KOWLOON” (for Kowloon City enrollment)
11. Student artwork not collected within two months from the date of completion will be discarded.
12. We collect, store, and use your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong. We will deliver promotional information to you through various communication channels. Should you prefer not to receive such information, please send your request by email to marketing@creativekids.com.hk.
13. CreativeKids reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
